Recipe 1: Espresso with MeeSoGood Araku Arabica Coffee using French Press
If you happen to be among those hardcore coffee lovers, espresso is for you! And so is the French Press. It is easily available in the market and is also very easy to use. Well, with filter coffee, we usually start with grinding the coffee beans into fine granules. But thanks to MeeSoGood experts, our Araku Arabica Coffee is already crushed and all you have to do is follow it from the next step:
1. French press
2. Araku Arabica Filter Coffee
3. Tablespoon or scale
Heat 1 ½ cup of water in your kettle. Meanwhile, add 3-4 tbsp of MeeSoGood Araku Arabica Coffee to the French press.
Add a splash of hot water to the coffee and let it bloom—that will help release the flavour notes of your particular beans. Let the grounds soak for about 30 seconds.
Pour the rest of the water over the grounds. Close the lid and allow the coffee to steep for about 4 minutes.
Press the plunger down halfway using slow, steady pressure. Raise it all the way to the top and then plunge all the way down using the same even pressure. Pour into your favourite mug and enjoy!
Recipe2: Espresso with MeeSoGood without using any machine
