On a hot day, a frothy and pleasant iced coffee made with MeeSoGood Butterscotch Instant Coffee is just beyond satisfying! This cold coffee recipe is a tried-and-tested method for making blended ice coffees that are wonderfully sweet, creamy, and deliciously foamy - exactly like those in your favourite café!

INGREDIENTS:
1. MeeSoGood British Butterscotch Instant Coffee
2. Warm water
3. Chilled milk & sugar
4. Ice Cubes
5. MeeSoGood Chocolates of your choice (extra
flavour)

EQUIPMENTS:
1. Spoons
2. Blender
3. A bowl
4. A mug

INSTRUCTIONS:
Add 1 tablespoon of MeeSoGood British Butterscotch Instant Coffee to a bowl with 1⁄4 cup of warm water (not hot). Stir and mix very well to ensure no lumps.
Add the coffee solution to a blender jar with 3-4 tablespoons of sugar.
Blend for a minute or until the coffee solution becomes frothy and the color fades to a lighter brown shade.
Add 6 or 7 ice cubes. For a thicker blended cold coffee use just 2 to 4 cubes of ice.
Next, pour in 2 cups of chilled milk (500 ml).
Blend once again for just a few seconds, until everything is mixed well and you get a nice frothy and foamy layer on top.
Pour into tall glasses and serve immediately with a straw.

2. A cup of milk
3. Cream

INSTRUCTIONS:
Fill 3/4th of a mug with hot (not boiled) milk and mix it with a few tablespoons of British Butterscotch Instant Coffee (according to how strong or light you want it to be).
Add a few tablespoons of sugar (as per your liking).
Pour some more hot milk into the mug and make sure you do not exceed the amount you need.
Add a small amount of whipped cream to make it more delicious and creamy.
